Set many years before the saga of Geralt of Rivia, ‘The Witcher: The Old World‘ game portrays an era when monsters roamed the Continent in vast numbers, posing a constant threat that called for the expertise of highly trained monster slayers known as Witchers.

Five rival schools rigorously trained their apprentices, and once fully prepared, these witchers ventured into the land, seeking danger and adventure, aiding others in return for payment.

In this adventure board game, 1 – 5 players traverse an expansive map, embarking on skillfully crafted missions, making challenging moral decisions, combating monsters – and occasionally clashing with other witchers to uphold their school’s honour!

• The game enables players to construct their own unique decks of cards, selecting from a broad array of abilities: attacks, dodges, and Witcher techniques.
• Through card synergy, players seek potent combinations, leveraging abilities unique to their Witcher school. Missions, combat, and even dice poker provide opportunities for each player to earn money, gather new items, and hone their skills.
• The first player to secure 4 – 6 trophies (the quantity is decided at the game’s outset) wins the game immediately. Trophies can be earned by slaying monsters, starting and winning unruly tavern brawls with another witcher, maxing out attributes, and accomplishing specific missions during your adventure.
• The game also includes asolo mode, which allows for solo adventure on the Continent.
• Thedeluxe edition includes 28 monster miniatures, 1 closed tavern miniature, and 5 plastic scoring tokens not found in the standard version.
